1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the okbate platform and any user of this website. By accessing, browsing or using any service of the okbate.cam website, you agree to abide by all provisions of these Terms.

3. Account Management and Security

The security of your okbate account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone else.

3.1 Password Security

• Use a strong password that contains uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Change your password at regular intervals.
• Do not use the same password on any other site.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

okbate follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to maintain the integrity of its platform. You may be required to submit the following documents for identity verification when needed:

• Utility bill or similar document as proof of address

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

okbate offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. By accepting these offers, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus, up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 15 times (15x).
• The bonus amount and deposit amount together form the basis of the wagering requirement.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Validity

• Registering with false information or under another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software or other unauthorized technology.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Abusing the bonus system or circumventing its conditions.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Collaborative betting or "martingale gang" strategies that harm the platform.

8. VIP Program & Reward Tiers

okbate's VIP program has 5 tiers, where regular players can enjoy better benefits based on their activity. The tiers are:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

A member can move up to a higher tier depending on their gaming activity. A VIP tier may also be downgraded if there is no gaming activity during a specified period. okbate reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

9. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion Policy

okbate takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming is entertainment — it should never be a solution to financial problems.

9.1 Limit-Setting Feature

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. These limits take effect immediately, but there is a 7-day delay when increasing them.

9.2 Self-Exclusion
